Mentoring: Much the same as Face-to-Face. Mentoring is usually as a result of Face-to-Face counseling or lack of the ability to attend one of the counseling sessions. Mentoring is used to meet a specific need, such as: industry experience, specific field experience (i.e., finance or marketing).
